NATSAVE MINTS FOUR AWARDS
NATSAVE bagged four awards during the Zambia Customer Experience and Service Delivery Symposium held in Livingstone and hosted by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management (CICM).
NATSAVE CEO Mr. Malcolm Chabala received the Award of Customer Experience (CX) Strategic Leader of the year, and Manager Customer Service Mr. Godfrey Musukwa attained the Award of CX Manager of the year while the Bank was recognized and awarded for Customer Commitment (B2C) and Customer Commitment (Public).
The ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Tourism Honourable Rodney Sikumba.
The Zambia Customer Service Awards are organized and managed by the Chartered Institute of Customer Management Zambia in partnership with various stakeholders in the service industry.
The awards are designed to recognize organizations that have done well with customer service in Zambia.
